central location hot drinks comfortable room
The central location offered convenient access to stations and attractions. The staff was helpful and professional. I appreciated the availability of free hot drinks, juices, and snacks around the clock. I found the rooms functional, clean, and comfortable, with all necessary facilities.

a tender surprise
complimentary snacks eco-friendly focus central location
the complimentary snacks and drinks were a sweet gesture. i liked the eco-friendly focus, from compostable coffee pods to water stations on each floor. the location was very central. the bed and bedding were so soft with all-natural fibers!
the metal headboard made noise when i leaned against it. it popped in and out.

The hotel offered free teas and snacks in the club! there were water dispensers on each floor, a thoughtful touch. the common area was spacious. It was a nice spot to unwind after sightseeing all day.

charmed stay
polite staff great advantage central location
i found the staff to be very polite, approachable, and helpful.. every staff member i encountered shared those qualities, which really impressed me. the ironing room proved to be quite a great advantage . i also appreciated the central location a lot.
during the night, there was a lot of noise in the room. it sounded like wood creaking and whenever someone in another room used the bathroom, i could hear flowing water in our bathroom. i also felt the beds were somewhat hard, which affected my sleep negatively.

the location is very convenient. staff members were friendly and helpful at the reception. i liked the complimentary hot drinks and snacks they provided. the room was cozy and had everything needed.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted
noisy floor broken air conditioning
I found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning didn't work properly. i also noticed noise. I could clearly hear people walking on the floor above, quite disruptive especially at night. it made relaxing difficult after a long day. the room was modern enough, but the noise and broken ac were good.
