the metal headboard made noise when i leaned against it. it popped in and out.

i found the staff to be very polite, approachable, and helpful.. every staff member i encountered shared those qualities, which really impressed me. the ironing room proved to be quite a great advantage . i also appreciated the central location a lot.

during the night, there was a lot of noise in the room. it sounded like wood creaking and whenever someone in another room used the bathroom, i could hear flowing water in our bathroom. i also felt the beds were somewhat hard, which affected my sleep negatively.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted

noisy floorbroken air conditioning

I found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning didn't work properly. i also noticed noise. I could clearly hear people walking on the floor above, quite disruptive especially at night. it made relaxing difficult after a long day. the room was modern enough, but the noise and broken ac were good.
